All driving experience bookings are processed via the electronic form below. This ensures we can serve you most efficiently and email you a booking confirmation with full details of the event.

 Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Where do I find my voucher code?

A. When you finish checkout, you will receive an instant payment receipt. The order number is not your voucher code. If you selected  e-Voucher we will email you separately your unique voucher code, please check your junk mail folder for your voucher code email. If you selected a Gift Voucher, your unique code will be written on the Voucher.

Q. Will I receive a booking confirmation?

A. Yes once you have submitted a booking request online, we will always send you an email confirmation of your booking with all instructions you will need for the day.

Q. Where are you based?

A. All experiences take place at North Weald Airfield in Epping.

Q. How long is my voucher valid for?

A. All vouchers sold via our website have a 12 month expiration date from the date of purchase and must be redeemed before the expiration date.

Q. Can passengers travel in the vehicle?

A. For safety reasons no passengers are permitted.

Q. Can I bring my friends and family to watch?

A. Spectators are welcome to come and view your driving experience.

Q. Do you offer photos or video of the event?

A. We provide an optional in cab DVD which you can request on the day. You are also welcome to take photos on the day.

Dates are released up to three months in advance. The season typically runs between March to November each year. You must ensure you redeem your voucher before it expires and whilst the season is running. In 2018 we are running dates in January and February also.

I understand that once a booking is confirmed, the voucher is deemed as used. To cancel a booking, we require a minimum of 14 days notice prior to the event. Cancellations cannot be made within 14 days of the event.

Terms and Conditions Summary

- All vouchers sold via our website must be booked onto an event date within 12 months from the date of purchase.

- Refunds can be made within 28 days of purchase if not booked to an event.

- All participants must hold and present on the day, a current UK or European driving license for manual or automatic.

- Once vouchers are booked onto a date our cancellation policy applies.
